See it in action
From the road to the exact spot on your property, even where a truck can't fit.
Cost of a move
Pick what you're moving and enter both addresses for an estimate. We'll confirm your final price when you call.
Opens driving directions between your two addresses. Type the miles it shows below.
Estimates don't include cranes, pads, blocks, anchors, or runners. Call 256-758-3030 to confirm your price and get on the schedule.
Block calculator
See how many blocks your setup takes. We set a 4" cap block on the ground at every spot, and add 8" cinder blocks where the ground drops.
Size filled in from the move calculator above. You can change it.
Pick the ground type. It changes how many blocks you need.
8 and 10 ft wide buildings sit on 2 runners. 12 ft and wider sit on 4. Each runner gets a block at the start and one every 8 feet. Call us at 256-758-3030 to confirm the count for your site.
Anchor price calculator
Anchors are $100 each, installed. We put one anchor every 8 feet, between the block piers, on each long side of the building.
Size filled in from the calculators above. You can change it.
This is an estimate for a standard setup. Call us at 256-758-3030 to confirm the count for your building and site.

Quotes and scheduling
How much does delivery or a move cost?
Use the move price calculator above for an estimate based on what you're moving and how far. Call us to confirm the final price.
How do I get on the schedule?
Call or text us with three things:
1. The address where we're picking up the building.
2. The address where we're dropping it off.
3. A picture of the building, so we know we're moving the right one.
Then we'll pick a day that works.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. Need to go farther? We'll drive to any of the 50 states.
What happens if it rains?
Rain usually doesn't stop us. We almost always leave the truck at the road and bring your building in with our mule, which runs on tracks. We just don't want to work while it's raining or in puddles, so if there's no standing water, we're usually good to go.
Your site
How much room do you need to get a building in?
We need a clear path wider than the building, from the road all the way to where it will sit, with no low limbs or power lines overhead. If you're not sure, send us a few photos of the spot and the path to it.
Does the ground have to be level?
Not perfectly. We level the building when we set it. A very steep or uneven spot may need a pad, which we can build for you.
Do I need a pad?
A pad gives your building a solid, level base and helps keep it out of standing water. Call us and we'll talk through whether your spot needs one. Dirt work is priced per pad.
What if my building needs to go on a foundation or a raised stand?
We take care of it. When a building has to be lifted onto a foundation or an elevated stand, we coordinate the crane, so you only need to make one call.
Crane costs vary by job, but usually run $2,500 to $3,000.
Delivery and move day
Do I need to be home?
It helps to be there so you can show us exactly where you want the building. If you can't be, mark the spot clearly and make sure gates are unlocked, then let us know when you schedule.
Do I need to empty the building before you move it?
Yes, please empty it completely before we arrive. Any weight left inside only adds stress to the building's structure while it's being lifted and moved.
Can you move a building that was built on site?
Often, yes. We'll need to measure it first to make sure it can be moved, and it can't be taller than 12'9".
Buildings built on site also need runners underneath. We supply the materials and install permanent runners for $500 for every 16 feet of building length, and any partial 16 feet counts as a full section. For example, a 16 ft building is $500, a 20 ft building is $1,000, and a 40 ft building is $1,500.
Can I put the runners on my building myself?
Yes. Install them 72 inches apart, centered under the building, running the full length of the building.
Tiny homes and mobile homes
Do you hook up utilities on a tiny home?
We deliver and position the home. Power, water, and sewer hookups are handled by licensed contractors.
Do I need a permit to move a tiny home?
Some moves and some locations require permits. Check with your county about where the home will sit, and ask us about the move itself when you call.
Do you install anchors on mobile homes?
Yes. Call us with the size of your home and its location and we'll get you scheduled.
